information: The City of Ypsilanti was one of three communities in Michigan to have two separate DDA districts. Until June of 2009, these two districts were governed by two separate DDA boards. The City Council voted on June 16, 2009 to create a single DDA board (see the approved resolution here).
In light of these recent changes, please note that this website will be undergoing significant changes in coming weeks. Background information on the DDA districts including meeting minutes, TIF plans, master plans and more is available through the about page on this website. Thank you for your patience and support!
