DDA Redevelopment Liquor License Policy
Redevelopment Liquor Licenses
are available in Ypsilanti’s Downtown Development Authority
districts!
These licenses have been made available to local units in
addition to quota licenses in order to encourage economic development and to
enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors.
Redevelopment liquor licenses are available for $20,000 provided certain investment thresholds and performance criteria are met.
